Severe obesity

* Complications of obesity.
In the short term, the patient will develop symptoms associated with obesity, including:

1- Heavy sweating.

2- Fatigue and exhaustion.

3- Joint and back pain.

4- Difficulty breathing.

5- Sleep problems, including snoring.

6- Limited physical activity.

 Low self-confidence and desire for isolation.7

In the long run, the patient will develop many health complications, such as
Metabolic syndrome, which includes type II diabetes and high blood pressure.
Insulin resistance.
High LDL cholesterol, low HDL cholesterol.
High triglycerides.
Stroke.
Diseases of the heart and blood vessels.
Esophageal reflux.
Gallstones.
Osteoporosis.
Sleep apnea and other breathing problems.
Urinary incontinence.
Psychiatric disorders, such as depression and anxiety.
Some cancers.
Reproductive problems.

Prevention of obesity
Due to the multiple causes of obesity, the method of prevention depends on the individual's body, but general recommendations for prevention include the following: 

Exercise on a daily basis, for at least 30 minutes.
Eat a healthy and balanced diet, reducing saturated and unhealthy fats, and simple sugars. Control the quantities ingested.
Replace high-calorie foods with fewer ones, such as vegetables and some types of fruits.
Use a saucer smaller than usual.
Eat at specific times of the day and avoid snacks.
Eat slowly.
